In this respect the cause of action is very different from that attempted to be injected into the case of Sturtevant v. Mast, 66 Minn. 487 , where the creditor attempted to set up against certain members of the corporation a separate cause of action accruing to himself alone, and in which the other creditors had no interest whatever.
