We agree that, even when viewed in light of the rule that a conviction will not be reversed for denial of a motion for continuance except when such denial was a clear abuse of discretion, State v. Huber, 275 Minn. 475 , 148 N. W. (2d) 137 ; State v. Mohrbacher, 173 Minn. 567 , , the denial here cannot be sustained.
