Dorr, 60 Minn. 173 , , that the duplex became the primary fund for the payment of mortgage debt and plaintiffs’ sureties, for it was their duty to free or release Jenson’s undivided one-half of the property from this very mortgage debt before he could be called to pay the balance of the purchase price.
