BUCK, J. Tbe appellants’ counsel concedes that tbe plaintiffs were entitled to a judgment for nominal damages, and that tbe only other issue tendered was as to tbe value of tbe property in controversy. Upon this question there was ample testimony introduced, without objection, to sustain the finding of tbe court below, and therefore tbe order denying motion for a new trial is affirmed.
