We agree with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, which has held that “[p]rior adverse rulings * * * clearly cannot constitute bias * * *.” (citing United States v. Anderson, 433 F.2d 856, 860 (8th Cir.1970) (holding that prior rulings do not establish bias, even if erroneous)).
